Technical assistance and customer services

With the aim of improving our clients’ satisfaction and providing a more personal and immediate response to their needs, TERMOSALUD has a direct telephone line for customer services and a technical assistance service available for you.

Within the Termosalud after sales service, the TAS Technical Assistance Service plays an important role, in charge of maintenance, guarantees and equipment repairs, and to carry these services out quickly so as to interfere as little as possible with the daily professional activity of partners and clients. Within its functions it also provides training for other technical services.

All of this contributes to the main objective of our company: customer satisfaction.
