Quality and environmental policy
· Quality and its improvement is the responsibility of all the members of the company, starting with the Management.
· Quality is important as a means of remaining in a competitive position within the market.
· Quality is obtained not through inspections but through planning, executing, checking and improving the General Quality (GC) and Environmental System to prevent possible errors.
· Quality is aimed at satisfying all our clients, by means of the whole organisation being committed to fulfilling clients¹ identified needs and requisites, as well as the legal and regulatory requisites related to our service.
· Strict fulfilment of the environmental requisites applicable to our environmental aspects and in our commitment to continually improve our performance and to prevent contamination, especially with hazardous waste, to achieve a mutually beneficial relationship with the environment that surrounds us and our adjacent neighbours.
· To minimise the amount of waste we generate and to provide our employees with training and resources so that they can actively collaborate in this cause.
For these principles to be actively applied support is absolutely essential from both the Management and the whole staff, as well as from suppliers and clients.
